Where can I get shipping or tracking information for my order?
Once you have completed your order, you can request shipping and tracking and we will provide you that information once we receive it from the freight company.
Where is my package or order?
At the MHS we guarantee to help each customer through the order process from the point of initial contact and all the way through until the order process is complete and you are satisfied. Any questions regarding status updates of orders made can be directed to MHS, CONTACT US.
When is my order Shipped?
After payment for the product and the freight rate are received, we will process and approve the order. Order shipping date is based on availability and lead time, you can also request lead time information before making your order.
What if my order arrived incomplete or damaged?

How do I pay for my order?
The Materials Handling store is setup conveniently for credit card purchases. Once you have registered on the store, we have a simple two-step payment process.

Is Freight Cost included in the product price?
The freight cost is not included in the product price. You can either request a freight quote before making your order or we will contact you once you have made the purchase and we can send you a freight invoice.
What other payment methods do you have?
In case you do not want to use a credit card for your purchase, you can CONTACT US for the type of payment method you want to setup for your purchase.
What is your privacy policy? How do I know the website is secure for payment?
