Refunds & Returns

At Raymond Handling Concepts and our materials handling web store, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Our web store manager, can answer any questions you may have on returns at 844-445-1119 or store@raymondhandling.com. Here’s what you can expect:

 

 

Returning a used forklift

 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason in the first 30 days, we will offer a replacement of equivalent value or a full refund. Be aware that freight will not be refunded and an additional freight charge will occur to bring the item(s) back to the nearest Raymond® Service Center.


Returning a new pallet jack

If you are note completely happy with your new pallet jack purchase(s) for any reason in the first 2 days after receiving the unit(s), we will gladly refund your money in full.

 

If after 14 days you decide you are not completely satisfied with your new pallet jack purchase(s) we will offer a prorated refund. Be aware that freight will not be refunded and an additional freight charge will occur to bring the item(s) back to the nearest Raymond Service Center.

 

Returning all other items

Currently we have no return policy on other items. If you have purchased an other item from our Raymond Handling Concepts materials handling web store please contact us at 844-445-1119 or store@raymondhandling.com and we will handle your return on a case-to-case basis.

 

Steps of a return

  1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from the Materials Handling Store, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
  1. Once the return has been established, we will arrange for large items, such as a forklift, to be picked up at your location. Again, freight is not refunded and an additional freight charge will occur for the return to the closest Service Center.
  1. If the item(s) can be mailed we ask that you package the item(s) and send it back to the closest Raymond Handling Concepts Corporation location. We will provide you with this information. You are responsible for all return shipping charges that may incur.
  1. Once we receive the item(s), you will then receive your appropriate refund.
